TAYLOR TAYLOR TAYLOR!!! Say it with us, we love TAYLOR as our groomer!!!! Despite all the reviews I see on here, Taylor specifically has redeemed my experience and expectations. (Yes, they hired questionable staff in the past for grooming. This review could have gone differently if Taylor had not fixed their mistakes. So--ask for TAYLOR!!) Listen, I became a certified dog trainer for my dogs, and I explored several groomers. My dogs are my family. I have two breeds with completely opposite needs. My Aussie always needs the full work-up while my skittish cattle dog will shut down over a simple nail trim. Taylor trained alongside someone we formerly loved and used here, Rachel. I kid you not--my Aussie has never felt so soft and cleaned up with a modestly nice smell. I love snuggling her after the groom. ( Which is a big deal because her fur always felt crunchy/dry and she'd reek of whatever dog perfume other places used--causing itching and sneezing ) As for my Cattle dog, he never likes going out and typically shuts down. Nurses and staff usually have to carry him. Sometimes he refuses treats entirely. Not only do I always love how nice his nails look, he WALKS with Taylor to the back to get them done. Taylor is not only an honest groomer who genuinely listens, my dogs behavior tells me everything. My Aussie RUNS to the door to see Taylor. Look at the photos yourself: nicely grinded nails on my cattle dog, and a nice cleaned up booty on my Aussie with no grinch feet :)

Gwen was a pro sales person when I was new to the store and desperate to find new foods my sick 18 year old dog! First air dried food i opened was eaten! Im thrilled with the selection and most importantly staff that is well informed, helpful and very knowledgeable with so many choices. Thank you!
